It's been an exciting week for The Hostel Life, with several countries expressing interest in hosting the show.

The Mayans predict that the world will end on December 21, 2012, and the Hostel Life is going to take you there to witness it in the show's season finale.
In 2013, we're heading to Austria to do a spicy variation of the Sound of Music. Get ready to watch me yodel in the traditional lederhosen -- a one-piece outfit complete with knee high socks. I may be able to arrange a singing lesson with the Vienna Boys Choir -- one of the best boys choirs in the world -- and a visit to the brewery where Mozart used to have a few too many pints.

Hopefully the trip to Austria will lead to collaborative efforts with the Hungarian, Swiss, and German tourism boards as well. So get ready to gallivant across Central and Eastern Europe in 2013!

There has also been some great interest about returning to Colombia to feature some new cities and areas, filming an episode in Puerto Rico, taking a trip to the Middle East and featuring Turkey, and then adding a few Far East shows with the Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia.
I also met with the travel editors at The Huffington Post, who expressed interest in syndicating all of our episodes of The Hostel Life in their video library.
